Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Keller, Texas. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details :

• $1, - $1, per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure / Certification in Texas
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in an SNF preferred
