Position : Manual Machine Operator
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Job Description : Operate manual machines using various measuring equipment and materials.
Responsibilities :
- Operating Manual Machines
- Welding
- Deburring
- Ensure the personal workstation is clean and in good working order
- Perform other tasks as instructed by bit documentation
- Follow all safety and quality policies
- Perform other shop duties as required
- Use of various measuring equipment and basic mathematical concepts
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience operating manual machines, or welding with similar experience.
- Must be able to understand blueprints and understand decimals.
- Good physical ability, finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Able to operate an acetylene and oxygen torch.
- Able to operate typical shop tooling and hoists.
- Able to bend, stoop, sit, and walk.
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime is a plus.
