About The Position

We are seeking a Hematology / Oncology Physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity commences on Sep 29, 2025, and involves clinic hours from Monday to Friday and after-hours call for established patients. The role requires handling approximately 24 Hematology-related patient cases over 12 months and offers a flexible bi-weekly schedule conducive to work-life balance.

Schedule :
Clinic : Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.
After Hours Call : Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct clinic and inpatient rounding.

Manage hospital and emergency department calls.

Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic conditions.

Record and maintain patient care reports using the Epic EMR system.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Additional Information

Board certification in Hematology / Oncology required.

Must hold a valid Michigan medical license.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
