Responsibilities :

- Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to keep the business at the forefront of EdTech advancements.
- Build lasting partnerships with schools, districts, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Oversee customer support functions and ensure products meet state requirements.
- Leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance.
Requirements :
- Leadership experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a history of exceeding sales targets, achieving revenue growth, and developing successful teams.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and clearly articulate ideas.
- Proven ability to leverage data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities and develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies (familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, a plus).
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape (bonus)
