Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Staff Accountant / Auditor for our Audit department in our Anaheim, CA office. We are looking for individuals who are interested in long-range career growth and have the strategic ability to plan for their professional futures.
Essential Functions :
- Perform procedures on all sections of the balance sheet and income statement for an audit, review, compilation or agreed-upon procedure engagements under supervision
- Prepare financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
- Work on multiple client engagements in addition to completing tasks related to business development
- Research accounting and auditing issues
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required, Accounting preferred
- Eligible to sit for the uniform CPA exam
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational techniques are required
- Highly motivated & fast to learn
- Strong commitment to provide excellent client service
- Thorough understanding of accounting debits and credits
- Basic problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
