Job Title : Product Designer Consultant / ExpertProduct Designer W2 Position (316373)

Position Description :

COLLABORATE :

• Work closely with Teams System and Software Engineers toalign all team members.
• Lead communicationefforts throughout the launch process.

PERSONAS :

• Document detailed personas (job title job descriptionexperience level goals and pain points).
• Conduct interviews JAD sessions user research surveys andobservational studies.
• Identify and understandpain points potential improvements benefits guidelines andobjectives.

USECASES :

Identify anddocument use cases.

REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT :

• Identify and document requirements.
• Ensure requirements adhere to best practices (e.g.testable noncombined).
• Collaborate with theProduct Team to establish requirements traceability.

MAP / OPTIMIZEPROCESSES :

Map and improveprocesses using Swim Lane Diagrams and Value Stream Maps(VSMs).

UNDERSTANDARCHITECTURE :

Collaboratewith Architects to understand and if necessary design the producttechnical and data architecture.

EVALUATE :

Provide feedback and recommendations on presentedproducts.

DESIGN :

• Create product visuals (sketches graphics branding)various prototypes informative and interactive designs userflows / journeys and wireframes mapping and design boards.
• Review wireframes with users to ensure intuitiveusability.

USABILITY / USEREXPERIENCE :

Conductusability testing (heuristic reviews A / B testing use casewalkthroughs) to ensure product meets requirements and usabilitybest practices.

TEST :

Perform application testing to ensure it meets therequirements.

TRAIN :

Assist in creating training materials.
