Responsibilities

Client Support : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, updating information, and processing changes as needed.

Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall company goals.

Training and Development : Engage in ongoing training to stay current on insurance products and services, ensuring knowledgeable guidance for clients.

Requirement

Licensure : Valid California Insurance License is required.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is highly preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Problem Solver : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
