Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Analog Mixed-Signal Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advanced IC development.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor responsible for defining, designing, and implementing advanced Analog / Mixed-Signal IC architectures for power management particularly Digital Multiphase DC-DC controllers in high-performance compute applications for Cloud (AI servers, Data-centers) and Client (Desktop and Notebook).
The ideal candidate should have experience in power stages partnered with these digital multiphase controllers. This is a senior role that requires deep technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a track record of innovation and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :
Analog / Mixed-Signal Development : Develop innovative solutions for advanced digital multi-phase converters to power high-performance CPUs and GPU supporting Intel VRx SVID, AMD SVI3, and other Arm based AVSbus applications.
Lead the architectural definition and design of complex, high-performance Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) ICs, Design and implement ultra-low noise, high-speed, and high-efficiency analog and mixed-signal circuits.
Collaboration and Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams across global locations. Collaborate with system architects, firmware engineers, and product teams to define and integrate complex mixed-signal systems.
Define and implement robust verification strategies and methodologies for AMS circuits. Work closely with product engineering teams to ensure successful production releases.
Technical Excellence : Develop and validate advanced multi-phase digital controllers and integrated power-stage ICs. Implement behavioral models of complex analog / mixed-signal ICs using Verilog-A / AMS.
Define and execute thorough verification and validation plans, including mixed-signal and firmware integration testing.
Qualfications :
- Educational Background : MS / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : Over 20+ years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC design and architecture. Past success in multi-phase digital controllers, digital class-D audio ICs, and advanced digital power DCDC converter technology.
Proven track record in the design and development of advanced analog / mixed-signal IPs for telecommunications, data communications, power management, and audio applications.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Analog / Mixed-Signal IP architecture and design. Expertise in Verilog, Verilog-A / AMS, and related CAD tools for schematic, layout, simulation, and verification.
Strong background in power conversion architectures, including dc-dc converters and ADC / DAC design. Experience with ultra-low noise AFIR-DAC, PLL design, and high-speed data couplers.
Familiarity with embedded processor design, C programming, and firmware development.
Soft Skills : Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global design experience.
Ability to manage and drive projects from concept to production release.
