$36 / hour

Be available to work morning, night, and weekend shifts depending on the assigned crew / shift

What's a typical day as a Human Resource Coordinator? You'll be :

  • Administering the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Conducting corrective action discussions for chargeable absences and tardiness
  • Documenting corrective action hearing outcomes
  • Following up with line management to resolve NAP and tardiness issues
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for line management on NAP interpretation
  • Maintaining all required documentation related to FMLA administration
  • Serving as a liaison between line management and the local medical department
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline current processes

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Have 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Preferably have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Have previous Manufacturing experience (1+ years, preferred)
  • Have strong oral and written skills
  • Have experience in attendance and FMLA monitoring
