GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the banking team on funding needs, including monitoring the daily cash position, reporting, and remediating any payment issues to minimize fraud.
- Manage the daily treasury requests for both internal and external customers, including but not limited to payment and information requests.
- Learn and leverage the Treasury Management System to support cash management with enhanced visibility of liquidity and optimization activities.
- Review and verify disbursement activities to ensure reconciliations are accurate, complete, and that discrepancies and / or outstanding issues have been resolved in a timely manner.
- Review and prepare Treasury related payments for approval.
- Perform analysis, make recommendations, and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls.
- Prepare and maintain program worksheets, key analytical reports, dashboards, and make enhancements as necessary.
- Work with internal and external partners on process improvements and support in the development / maintenance of departmental procedures.
- Perform special projects and provide ad-hoc requests as required by the Cash Manager and / or Treasurer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Accounting / Finance, treasury cash management preferred.
SALARY
$76,000 - $94,000 / annually, depending on experience and location.
