The Consumer Experience (CX) team at StubHub is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms.

As the User Experience Researcher for Consumer Experience, you will represent the voice of the user, delivering research insights that foster empathy and inform tactical productand design decisions.

Design is growing at StubHub, and this role will give you an opportunity to directly impact millions of fans who interact with our platform every day.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.

Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
