Responsibilities
- Work in Agency Office - Monday to Friday - 8 : 30 to 5 : 30
- Cross-Sell to established clients needing Farmers Friendly Reviews
- Prepare new policy quotes daily
- Present, sell and close new policies
- Handle daily alerts, service emails and calls received at the Agency
- Make daily outbound follow up calls
- Contact warm leads provided by the Agency
Requirement
- Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
- Minimum 6 months insurance sales / service experience
- Ability to cross-sell customers auto, home, umbrella products
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, & identify customer needs
- Build relationships and provide prompt, accurate, & friendly service
- Respond to inquiries of insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options
- Access online study guide to obtain Gen Lines Life, Accident, license
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
