What you’ll be doing
- Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and processes to identify and address any compliance or quality issues
- Liaise with clinical teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to support ongoing risk management and improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices
- Support the development and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures and other resources
- Assist with incident investigations and the implementation of remedial actions
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or relevant qualification in a health or compliance-related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical compliance or audit role
- Must have knowledge of NDIS requirements, community health sectors and government departments
- Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address compliance issues
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence and drive continuous improvement
- Minimum Intermediate to Advanced Office 365 applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
