Join YesAbility as a part-time Clinical Compliance & Audit Officer based in Osborne Park, WA. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies to support the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and processes to identify and address any compliance or quality issues
  • Liaise with clinical teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to support ongoing risk management and improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Support the development and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures and other resources
  • Assist with incident investigations and the implementation of remedial actions

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in a health or compliance-related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical compliance or audit role
  • Must have knowledge of NDIS requirements, community health sectors and government departments
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address compliance issues
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence and drive continuous improvement
  • Minimum Intermediate to Advanced Office 365 applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint
