About the Role :
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Residential HVAC Service and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work.

What You Will Do :
- Customer Rapport : Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician who builds relationships with customers and solves their HVAC problems.
- Residential Focused : Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to service all kinds of residential HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between.
- Educate and Inform : Provide homeowners with your honest opinion based on the facts you have so they can make an informed decision.
- Be Diligent : Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer.
- Self-Sufficiency and Teamwork : Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade.

What We Need From You :
- 5 + years of Residential HVAC service experience.
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
- A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
- Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
- CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal!
- Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
$30 - $35 an hour
Plus commission, spiffs, and overtime paid per day!
