THE ROLE : AWS Industry Practice Director, HCLS

The Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Leader will play a critical role in driving the growth and adoption of our digital solutions leveraging AWS within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

This leader will be responsible for managing a team of - professionals and will focus on developing and executing strategies to sell our innovative solutions to healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.

Travel Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Team Management :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of - professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Sales and Business Development :
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of Presidio’s digital solutions within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, AWS, and other strategic partners to drive joint initiatives and business growth.
• Solution Development and Innovation :
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and development, to ensure our solutions meet market needs and client expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Engagement and Evangelism :
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients, providing expert guidance on leveraging AWS for healthcare and life sciences solutions.
• Represent Presidio at industry events, conferences, and webinars, promoting our solutions and thought leadership.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.

Required Skills :

• Proven track record of driving sales and business growth in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Experience working with AWS and understanding of cloud-based healthcare solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Additional Desired Skills :

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification

Education / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of years of experience in healthcare or life sciences digital solutions, with at least years in a leadership role.
