SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design, estimation, and sales processes for a range of HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.
• Deliver clear and persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing your deep technical knowledge and project scope.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, project teams, and customers , ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex mechanical challenges, leveraging your creativity and engineering expertise .
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring they are completed on time and within budget .
• Utilize Bluebeam , Excel , and Microsoft Suite for project documentation, estimates, and reports.

What You'll Bring :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with expertise in HVAC systems , plumbing , and piping (Co-op program experience is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills able to clearly articulate ideas and technical details to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam , Excel , and Microsoft Suite .
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of projects, from small-scale jobs to large, $20 million mechanical retrofits .
• A passion for creative problem-solving and delivering high-quality engineering solutions .
