About the Role We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer / Product Designer to set a strategic design vision, guide research and implementation, and deliver high-quality, production-ready materials at speed. This is a player-coach role, collaborating closely with business, technical, and product leaders to shape the future of enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities Champion a human-centered product vision aligned with business goals and strategies

Lead the evolution of the platform into an integrated system with advanced analytics & UX orchestration

Build, maintain, and scale design systems & ops resources

Partner with Product Owners, Data Science, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery

Champion accessibility, UX standards, and design best practices across teams

Act as the primary UX voice in demos, reviews, and leadership discussions

Miro – collaboration & journey mapping

Must-Have Skills 5+ years leading design teams in cross-functional environments

8+ years UX design experience with Figma (portfolio required; include password if needed)

Strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills in fast-paced settings

Nice-to-Have Skills Soft Skills

Proactive, user-first mindset with passion for modern enterprise products

Strong understanding of accessibility & product design research best practices

Excellent communication – able to bridge technical & non-technical audiences

Agile mindset with experience in scalable, high-performance platform design
