Your Next Adventure : Regional Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant BHRT

Reporting To : Chief Medical Officer

Location : Burlingame, Redwood City, and San Francisco, CA 30+ hours a week

Classification : Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 30+ hours a week

Incentive : $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 triumphant days of employment!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct 1 : 1 consultations for our members who are participating in the BHRT program.
  • Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
  • Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
  • Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • DEA Registration Certificate.
  • OIG Clearance and NPI number
  • Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
