We are looking to hire (4) Day or Night Shift Machine Operators for our company here in Casa Grande. This is a condensed schedule day or night shift job opportunity where you are working 3 days one week and 4 the other.

Hours :
6am to 6pm condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)

Hiring Machine Operators
Description :
This position is responsible for the set-up, clean up, and production associate with the packing of the cream cheese products.
Some responsibilities may include :
- Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, labelers
- Set up labelers, installing heat seals on products, assembling positive pumps
- Inspecting product for adjustments
- Frequent loading of cups into boxers (twisting wrist and gripping)
- Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping
- Assist other departments with finish the product at any point of the production line
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- Efficiency and quality of packaging operation including meeting specifications for cup weight, counts, yield, product codes
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent loading of cups into boxers (twisting wrist and gripping)
- Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping
- Assist other departments with finish the product at any point of the production line
