Job Title : Regional Dental Operations Manager

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
The Manager of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations, cultural development, and overall performance of the practices within TD Management Group.
This role ensures alignment with company values, maintains operational excellence, and drives the practice toward achieving key performance metrics within the EOS framework.
Drs Tom & Dave have partnered with small-town dental practices looking to bridge the gap between private practice & corporate dentistry.

Lead the Charge :
Supervise and energize multiple dental practices, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch patient care.
Build a Winning Culture :
Foster a positive work culture that aligns with our core values and create a team environment where patient satisfaction and employee growth thrive.
Drive Financial Success :
Oversee the practice budgets, monitor financial performance, manage P&L, analyze data, and craft strategies to keep our practices financially healthy.
Train and Support :
Provide hands-on training, recruit amazing team members, and solve problems with ease (even if it’s not always so easy).
Build Positive Communication Between Offices & Ownership :
Act as a bridge between individual offices and ownership / management, ensuring transparent, positive, and productive communication and promote collaboration across offices to encourage the sharing of best practices & celebrate successes of all teams.
Strategic Planning :
Following the EOS model, participate in EOS meetings to ensure operational alignment with company goals while contributing to long-term strategic planning and collaboration with the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For In You :
- 5+ years in Operations management or multi-practice management, preferably in the health care or dental industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial skills to demonstrate understanding of business metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for creating an exceptional work environment and delivering stellar patient care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
