At Valor Communities, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As a leading residential home builder, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Control / Customer Experience Manager.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for delivering exceptional homes to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough quality control inspections of residential construction projects.
• Conduct walks with home buyers to address any concerns, explain warranty coverage, educate them on all their home features and how to maintain them, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate the punch-out team, ensuring timely completion of all necessary repairs and touch-ups.
• Collaborate closely with project managers
• Proactively identify potential quality issues, providing innovative solutions to prevent or resolve them.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control inspections, walks, and punch-out activities.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in residential construction or a similar field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to identify and address quality issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle high-volume projects.
• Assertive and confident demeanor to enforce quality standards and communicate expectations clearly.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with home buyers and team members
• Proficiency in using technology and software for documenting inspections and managing project data.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality control or construction management are advantageous.
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to various work locations.

Estimated total annual compensation : $70,000- $80,000

Job Type : Full-time Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift.
