Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Compensation :

$37,400 - $53,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, orders, and shipments
• Coordinate and process shipments, including preparing shipping documents and scheduling pickups
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Generate reports and analyze data to optimize productivity
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications :

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse administration role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, partially Excel and Word
• Experience with inventory management software and systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
