As an Analytics Solutions Manager, in our Analytic Platform and Data Operations Team, you will manage a small team of Data Analyst experts that will act as the voice throughout product design and development.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coach a small team through ambiguous asks driving ideas for proposed solutions.
  • Participate in the operations of the global team, working closely with the Analytic Platform and Data Ops Executive Director.
  • Create and share a strategic vision for Consumer Banking products.
  • Define the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements.
  • Advocate best practice for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation.
  • Own project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, polices, and processes are in place

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics teams in a professional environment.
  • Python, SQL, and Big data / cloud environments experience
  • Experience in analytic tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with internal teams across the business.
  • Show effective organization skills and be detail oriented.
