We have partnered with our client, (a reputable healthcare non-profit organization) in their search for a Funding Analytics Manager.
Responsibilities -
- Fundraising Operations : Manage all aspects of fundraising operations including database management, gift processing, campaign analysis, and event support, ensuring seamless integration with IT and Finance departments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Lead the analysis of fundraising data, generating actionable reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within the development department.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Report to the Chief of Development, serving as a key resource for data analytics and collaborating closely with corporate alliance teams to optimize fundraising efforts.
Serve as our internal Salesforce Lead, to identify current reporting / data structures & establish innovative data strategies / solutions to maximize utilization.
Advise teams and help implement better data efficiencies, improving data consistency & quality.
Skills Required -
- Database Management : Proficiency in Salesforce (NPSP : Non-Profit Success Package) with administrator certification preferred, ensuring data consistency and quality in donor databases.
- PLUS : Analytical Tools : Sage Intacct, HubSpot, and Pardot (OR similar tools / platforms) for comprehensive data analysis, fundraising intelligence, and financial reporting analytics.
- Advanced Office Skills : Expertise in Microsoft Word (including mail merge) and Excel for detailed data manipulation, report generation, and campaign analysis.

- 5+ years of professional experience Required previous non-profit industry expertise
