A company is looking for a Program Quality Director (PQD) to lead quality initiatives for a new air traffic control system.
Key Responsibilities
Owns quality planning, performance metrics, risk integration, and escalation management
Oversees day-to-day QA execution across workstreams and executes audits
Manages the Corrective Action Program and interfaces with FAA COR on quality matters
Required Qualifications
12-15+ years of experience in quality assurance / quality control
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with large program QA / QC and systems / facilities
PMP / CQE certification preferred
US Citizenship required
