Responsibilities

• Assist the team in identifying, investigating, and analyzing risks related to permission and access to our moderation platform / systems by developing, designing, and implementing controls / processes for permissions management and for access requests for approvals to prevent inappropriate access.
• Assist teams in determining appropriate access and granting requests for users to access safety tools, identify access or function-related issues, and triage them to find the best solution.
• Perform risk assessment and audit on internal tools and processes by creating process and documentation procedures to be used for auditing internal tools and by creating methodologies to review tools configuration and access validity and steps to update them.
• Build framework to improve processes by building new documentation processes and proposing use of new tools and process to follow.
• Build audit processes for internal tools and documents to ensure they're updated for operation.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience;

OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following :

• Automating data reports and performing quality reviews related to content risk on moderation platform;
• Generating content risk data visualization and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets;
• Performing risk assessment and audit on internal IT platform and processes by creating process and documentation procedures to be used for auditing and creating methodologies to review configuration and access validity; and
• Writing SQL code to query data and retrieving and cleaning data on user access.

Travel Requirement : Domestic travel up to 5% required.
