Scope :
The Quality & Document Specialist will serve as the primary handler of our company's ISO and Documentation Programs. Our ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills and draws energy from a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain ISO Quality Program
- Understand customer requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Supervise Production staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Maintain Document Program, including UL
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
- Understanding of ISO Quality Requirements
- Understanding of IPC Manufacturing Guidelines (not required, but recommended)
- Understanding of UL Guidelines (not required, but recommended)
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Outlook and Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
