The ideal candidate would have an active research program that synergizes with the mission of the , a multidisciplinary research unit focused on understanding neural mechanisms underlying brain development, adaptation and learning, and response to disease.
The CIS, which hosts a 3T Siemens Prisma MRI scanner , was created to build upon the rich portfolio of behavioral research programs at FIU and leverage advanced neuroimaging technologies, thereby expanding the scope of health-related research at FIU.
