A Day in the Life of our L&D Director
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will guide our clients in their further understanding of the product. You will develop internal and client facing documents on best practices.
Your focus is to ensure your clients, their managers, and ultimately their employees are easily able to access and utilize the HCM tools they've chosen.
You will create and maintain a positive relationship with your clients while ultimately training and allowing them to be fully autonomous.
You will collaborate with both the HCM Account Representative and the client to make Clarity the last HCM platform the client ever implements.

Job Qualifications
- Experience in developing a Learning and Development Curriculum
- Preferred experience in content and Marketing creation tools
- Desire to help others advance in their own careers by advancing their skillset
- Experience in Education Preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Technical curiosity
- Excellent communication skills
- Scrappy mentality and adaptable nature
- Creative and critical thinking skills
- Comfortability with occasional excessive internal GIF usage
