CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Auditing and processing invoices withinrequired agency systems to ensure compliance
- Record and reconcil contract payments to the correctledgers
- Monitoring and distributing ofreports
- Printing voucher schedules matching tocorresponding backup verifying and assembling vouchers to besubmitted to DFS for audit purposes daily.
- Verify and mail all client vendor and travelreimbursement payments
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to learn internal agency systems
