Our global law firm client has a fantastic opportunity for an attorney recruiting professional looking to take the next step in their career.
The firm is looking for a Attorney Recruiting Coordinator for their San Francisco office.
Our client has a flexible hybrid schedule of 50% in office and 50% remote.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with planning the summer associate program.
- Work with college personnel to increase the firms visibility on campus.
- Assist with implementation of recruiting strategy.
- Support the lateral associate interview process, start to finish.
- Coordinate the on-campus interview process.
- Coordinate events for potential new attorney hires.
- Coordinating hiring meetings during the interview process.
- Oversee external advertising of open positions..
- Maintain applicant files in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the pre-employment process.
- Prepare and maintaining reports and statistics.
- Assist team on various diverse and challenging projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of prior attorney recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services.
- Knowledge of recruitment principles and concepts in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite or related software, viDesktop is a plus.
- Exceptional judgement and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and communications skills, both oral and written.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Salary : Up to 75K, outstanding benefits package and PTO
