Pay : $32-$34 per hour
1st Shift Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
The Technology Coordinator will play a pivotal role in achieving strategic and tactical objectives for the Service Desk department.
Their responsibilities encompass providing operational support, managing projects and initiatives, and performing high-level administrative functions.
Daily tasks will include :
- Manage logistics of events and conferences, drive agenda, speakers, and content creation.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and other stakeholders on the status and progress of IT services and projects to effectively support the restaurants.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support operational projects and initiatives related to the Service Desk and Operations.
- Provide support for the Service Desk and Operations teams by contributing to IT service projects, focusing on enhancing system efficiencies, user support, and technology solutions.
- Partner with team leads to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Maintain supplies and equipment for the 100+ Service Desk team, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace for a team.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a technology or service-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
