Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the hotel's alignment with Proper Hospitality’s mission, vision and values
• Drive the overall success of the property, including financial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement

Guest Experience

• Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our brand’s high standards
• Innovate and implement unique guest experiences that enhance our reputation for luxury and lifestyle excellence

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to brand standards
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to continuously improve operational performance

Financial Management

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization

Team Development

• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence and professional growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement

Brand & Marketing

• Represent the hotel group in the local and global community, building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and guests
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, preferably in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in managing high-end hotel operations and driving exceptional guest experiences
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial management
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and service excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required by the position
