Our singular focus is to provide customers solutions for all their fuel storage and environmental compliance needs.

The construction process is broken up into three distinct phases : Preconstruction / Predevelopment Construction and Post Construction / Close Out.

At Wonder Works we pride ourselves on the quality of services we provide within each phase. Unlike other builders we offer flexibility in Delivery Methods for all phases of the work.

Each situation and phase is unique and in order to be successful one cannot always follow established paradigms. We can act as General Contractor DesignBuilder Construction Manager and even Developer.

We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Live Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing realtime support to our customers through live chat resolving their queries and issues efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Engage with customers in realtime through live chat to provide support and assistance

Resolve customer queries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in typing and using live chat software

Skills :

Strong problemsolving skills

Empathy and patience when dealing with customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment
