Responsibilities
Use online platforms to pull foreclosure auction lists and search for sales results.
Research deed records, appraisal district, and civil court records to find original debt on the foreclosed property, ultimately searching for an overage or 'excess proceeds'.
Entering property debt information, owner information, and related documents into an online system / tracker.
Extensive training will be provided.
Requirement
- Must have a servants heard to help people!
- Must be able to type at least 50+ wpm
- Paralegal or Real Estate background is helpful / preferred but not required.
- Be capable of multitasking two screens at once
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be proactive in problem solving
- Must have an 'investigative nature'
- Have no felonies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Preferably live near Arlington office location (within 20 min or less)
- NOT a remote position
- Hours M-F 8 : 30-5 : 30
- Hourly + Commission
