CHEF DE L’APPROVISIONNEMENT
POSTE PERMANENT SAINT-ELZÉAR
TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION AVEC LE DIRECTEUR DES OPÉRATIONS, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
- Contribuer au processus de planification stratégique annuelle ainsi qu’au processus budgétaire;
- Gérer l’équipe des approvisionnements (3 personnes);
- Participer aux rencontres de suivi de la performance aux opérations, ainsi qu’aux rencontres de revues et priorisations des projets d’amélioration;
- Supporter les projets d’amélioration dans la recherche de nouvelles matières, de nouveaux fournisseurs ou autres opportunités;
- Sélectionner les nouveaux fournisseurs et sous-traitants. Négocier les ententes. Participer au processus d’approbation;
- Développer et maintenir les relations avec les différents partenaires d’affaires;
- Collaborer avec le département qualité pour assurer une saine gestion des plaintes auprès de nos fournisseurs;
- Collaborer avec l’équipe corporative des approvisionnements pour des projets d’améliorations et de réduction de coûts;
- Assurer l’entrée et l’exactitude des données maîtres d’approvisionnement dans le système ERP.
AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- Détenir une formation pertinente dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement;
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans un rôle similaire avec gestion d’une équipe de travail et dans environnement manufacturier (un atout);
- Bilingue-Anglais;
- Aptitude pour la communication;
- Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie ;
- Faire preuve d’habileté pour la négociation et la résolution de problème;
- Maîtrise de suite Microsoft et système ERP (JDE, un atout).
