We aim to deliver exceptional care and transformative results with a patient-centered approach. We seek a professional and compassionate Patient Care Representative to join our team and help ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Requirements :
The Patient Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our patients, managing all aspects of patient communication, from appointment scheduling to treatment coordination.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both patients and clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will be organized, empathetic, and dedicated to enhancing the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Interaction : Greet and welcome patients over the phone, providing a professional and caring first impression.
- Appointment Scheduling : Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations efficiently while ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
- Patient Communication : Answer patient inquiries related to procedures, treatments, and services, ensuring accurate information and a positive experience.
- Treatment Coordination : Assist in preparing patients for consultations and procedures, relaying important information between the patient and clinical team.
- Record Management : Maintain and update patient records in the practice management system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination and smooth operations.
Experience :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role, preferably in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
