We are seeking a Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing proposal generation, CRM activities, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production teams, and clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the video games business, strong sales support skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Proposal Generation :

  • Identify client priorities through client requirements and market research.
  • Create and execute a project plan for proposal development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for various service line contributors during proposal creation.
  • Collaborate closely with the proposals team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of proposals.
  • Gather and communicate follow-up questions and clarifications to Business Development (BD) teams.
  • Ensure proposals and presentations align with client expectations.
  • Report proposal progress to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Americas.
  • Submit final proposals for consideration to the SVP of Americas.

CRM Management :

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; responsible for archiving documentation and data.
  • Maintain and update Partner account data in the CRM.

General Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with Sales to ensure accurate and updated data records.
  • Responsible for updating data related to incoming prospective work.
  • Develop and maintain templates for proposals and presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Exhibit teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate across departments.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Utilize creative design skills to produce professional layouts in PowerPoint or similar software.
  • Tailor generated content to target audiences within the gaming industry.
  • Highly organized and self-driven; capable of managing key deadlines set by SVP or Sales Team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for proposal production, quotes, and RFPs in the Americas.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, production stakeholders, Pre-Production, and other subject matter experts to complete deliverables.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • Prior experience in the games industry is highly preferred.
  • Background in Sales Support is strongly desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
  • High awareness of the video games business including publishers, developers, and industry trends.
  • Understanding of outsourcing services, particularly in testing, localization, customer support, art, and co-development.
  • Familiarity with efficient customer support and sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management.
  • Fluent in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • This position is remote, with up to 30% travel required.
