You Are :

The Process Unity Operations Lead will provide support for project / program management activities, work with teams to identify designs to meet requirements, perform implementations and operationalize new and existing functionalities for Process Unity.

The Lead will review the environment for efficiencies and recommend solutions to enhanced efficiency and functionality in the environment.

The team will need to ensure that solutions are compliant with the AFS security standards, all documentation is updated, and will perform / support operations in support of the IT, CISO, SCRM, and S&MP organizations.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Defining the application's strategy
  • Managing its development and implementation
  • Ensuring its ongoing maintenance and support and serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the application.
  • The Lead will need to collaborate with stakeholders in the CISO, SCRM, and S&MP orgs to understand business requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Will be responsible for managing the performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Here's What You Need :

  • US Citizen on US soil (required)
  • 3+ years in IT Infrastructure or Application Management
  • 5+ years leading technology teams. Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards
  • 3+ years working with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing and facilitating change within IT projects and organizations
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align application strategy with business goals.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement to drive efficiency and innovation in IT delivery processes.

Bonus Points :

  • Understanding of Infrastructure architecture and operations
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-171 controls
  • Experience running Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Tools
  • Experience running Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Tools
  • Experience running Agile teams
  • Ability to identify, assess, and analyze potential issues and risks within projects or operations.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

$103,200-$213,600 USD
