Requirements for the Agency Owner :
- Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Must be motivated and determined
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Insurance experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
