Overview :

The Bilingual Associate - Spanish English plays a crucial role in the organization by facilitating effective communication and understanding between Spanish and English-speaking stakeholders.

This position is essential for providing high-quality customer service, as well as supporting translation and interpretation services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide bilingual support for customer inquiries and issue resolution in both English and Spanish.
• Translate written materials, including documents, emails, and customer communications, accurately and efficiently.
• Interpret spoken language during meetings, calls, and conferences to ensure clear communication between Spanish and English speakers.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of bilingual support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct language proficiency assessments and provide feedback to improve language skills within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent bilingual communication across all channels.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain language proficiency and knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
• Adhere to established standards and guidelines for bilingual communication and customer service.
• Monitor and report on bilingual customer service metrics and language-based trends.

Required Qualifications :

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in providing bilingual support or translation services in a professional setting.
• Strong cultural understanding and the ability to bridge language and cultural gaps effectively.
• Excellent listening and interpreting skills, with the ability to convey meaning accurately and effectively.
