POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and helping to maintain store inventory.
A successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, initiative, and exceptional craftsmanship skills. Experience with repairing guitars is required, and foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
