Urgently hiring CNC Maintenance / Controls Technician - Needed near Lafayette, Indiana.
Job Duties :
- CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centers, Robotics, Grinders
- Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding mechanically in the following areas : hydraulic, pneumatic systems, rebuild spindles, gear boxes, motors, conveyors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps.
- Candidates for this position must have proven experience in HMI / MMI, PLC and robot troubleshooting with major industry software packages such as : Allen Bradley, Wonderware, Siemens, Automation Direct, Fanuc, ABB, Harmo, Whittmann, Sepro, etc
- Proven ability to interpret Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic schematics and document changes
- Knowledgeable with industrial sensors (., photo eyes, proximity switches, read switches, etc. )
- This position requires the ability to review items closely and have color recognition
- Works efficiently and with urgency to troubleshoot, install, and upgrade, all electrical, mechanical, and controls on all automation equipment
Shift : Weekend Shift ( Get paid for 40 hours)
Pay : $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Qualifications :
- Ability to diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment independently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot all types of robots, PLC’s, motion controls (servo and stepper), variable speed drives, and vision applications
