We currently have an opportunity for a House Attendant to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort Housekeeping opening team!

• Provides immediate support to the Room Attendants.
• Maintains storage areas organized & stocked.
• Cleans and maintains all corridors, elevators landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring the hotel's standards of cleanliness.
• Handles all guest requests in a proper & timely manner.
• Stocks Housekeeping carts with designated supplies and equipment.
• Removes trash from designated areas & places in the appropriate location.
• Inspects the condition of all furniture for tears, rips, and stains and reports damages to the Supervisor.
• Provides general maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Follows security SOPs in handling Lost & Found items.
• Transports any food and beverage trays / items in public areas to service areas.
• Responsible for the safe keeping of all hotel devices assigned.
• Periodic check ins with direct supervisor for updates.
• Ensures hotel grooming standards are met.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards
• Performs other tasks requested by supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling, requirements, and use of laundry equipment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively or as a part of a team.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication.
• Physical mobility and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
