Reports to : Franchisee

Schedule : 45 hours / week

Pay Structure : Annual salary of 44k-54k (based on experience) + commission.

Job Overview

The Studio Manager leads the day-to-day studio in all aspects of membership sales & retention, employee hiring & development, and community engagement.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for the studio's sales quotes and other performance metrics. The Studio Manager will directly supervise team members, including Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructors, as well as be responsible for the hiring and onboarding of team members, planning and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service, and directing work tasks.

The Studio Manager will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews, and providing rewards and recognition to high performers.

Responsibilities

Hires, trains, and schedules all studio trainer and sales staff

Manages, develops, and evaluates & executes the performance of all Mayweather Boxing & Fitness sales and trains staff for continued success and future growth

Regularly attends training, brings lessons learned back to sales & training staff for implementation. Regularly attends Mayweather Boxing & Fitness classes, a minimum of 1 visit per week.

Manages daily operations, including client and staff concerns of a fast-paced fitness studio

Works directly with Head Instructor to increase studio utilization, retention and workout traffic

Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns, capture content of classes, events, member testimonials, etc.

to support the studios sales and marketing objectives

Has a regular cadence of meetings (to include with the Franchisee, as determined) and training with the team to ensure continued development, and completion of goals

Executes and coordinates the studio's sales and marketing drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, community outreach, etc)

Manages any disciplinary actions involving Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio employees, along with the Franchisee

Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance

Meets or exceeds personal sales goal as well as studio total goals, as established by Franchisee

Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration with other partners, businesses, and organizations to further the goals and objectives of the studio

As a Studio Manager, You Have :

Fitness studio managerial, sales and operations experience

Event and community organizational experience

Working a full membership sales cycle to include being responsible for pre-sale and ongoing sales

Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition

Passion for health and wellness

Teamwork makes the dreams work attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized and accountable

Grit and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
