We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Analyst to join our client's growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at boosting company productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise the analytical and research operations that aid in an organization's strategic, short-term, and long-term planning processes.
- Gather data and perform organizational assessments to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, as well as to evaluate the efficiency of operations.
- Present compelling PowerPoint presentations of data findings to executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration is required
- Experience in sales / and or finance ideally, consumer goods is preferred
- Organized, and bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical, and data analysis experience as well as presenting findings to senior leadership
- Extensive proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
