As an Aftermarket Marking Consultant with the Earthmoving Division at Caterpillar, you will lead and participate on projects focused on growing Earthmoving product aftermarket sales on repair and rebuild options.
What you will do
Closely collaborate with Caterpillar aftermarket commercial / marketing teams and dealer marketing / sales teams to grow rebuild or repair service sales.
Develop and align the marketing strategies with rebuild or repair growth goals and objectives.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Establish and maintain metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
Maintain effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to changing scenarios.
What you will bring

Effective Communication skills to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
