About the Role
In this opportunity as an Associate Sales Executive, you will :
Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography and / or for leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
Validate customer needs, shape product plans and drive deals to close.
Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies. Focus on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engage Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.
Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
Use an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
KPIs include-Nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close : New logo sales & Existing 'non' named' account incremental sales
Work with internal resources to lead, advance and close sales cycles
Positively contribute to the company culture and add to the team dynamic
About You
You're a fit for the role of Associate Sales Executive if your background includes :
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience with proven / consistent track record of quota attainment
Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plus
Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings / presentations
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Ability to win new customers as well as cross sell / upsell existing customers
Strong time management and organization skills
Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethic

The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states : CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and / or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $73,900 - $137,200.

The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
