Responsibilities
Customer Service : Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience.
Transaction Handling : Accurately process all cash, credit, and check transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and transaction accuracy.
Reception Duties : Answer phone calls in a courteous manner, direct calls to appropriate departments, and provide basic information as needed.
Administrative Support : Assist with filing, record keeping, and other related administrative tasks to support the dealership's operations.
Problem Resolution : Address customer questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is highly preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service Orientation : A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
