A day in the life.

As a Sourcing Specialist on our sales recruiting team, you’ll focus exclusively on finding game-changing sales talent for our B2B sales teams.

As a whiz with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo, you’ll collaborate with our National Producer Recruiting team to build the top of our funnel : developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract high caliber sales pros.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience in a sales environment or in agency recruiting.
• Superior research and sourcing skills and a willingness / enthusiasm for cold calling is essential.
• Ability to leverage recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Phenom
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency is a must.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

• Recruitment experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is ideal
• Exceptionally strong analytical ability and superior work ethic
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

The applicable base salary range for this role is $ 56,430 105,420. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
